Lossless adapter

The EU sales tax (aka VAT, 19 to 25%, applicable to europeans only) is included in the listed price, are collected & remitted to your government, so no extra charge at delivery.

The US import tax (aka tariffs, 15%, applicable to americans only) is  added at checkout, and are collected & remitted to customs, so no extra charge at delivery either for americans. If you're American, please use your legal name or customs will reject the package.

Any other tax, e.g. applicable sales taxes of non EU/NA countries are not collected & remitted and may asked of you by your country's postal service at delivery. This includes the 2 European-but-not-in-the-EU countries, UK and Norway.

We ship everywhere mail reaches, however in the UK and Norway there is a minimum order amount of respectively 165€ and 260€. (= ~ 135GBP and 3000NOKs, related to european-but-non-EU VAT rules)

Shipment of pending orders happens every 4 days on average.

Estimated travel time once shipped is 3 days France, 1 week EU, ~10 days for USA/Canada, elsewhere, 2~3 weeks, sometimes more.

We have a priority shipping contract to EU/NA that ensures fairly constant and short travel times, elsewhere e.g Mexico, Argentina, it is treated as normal mail and is sometimes delayed for a while (1~1.5 month...) so consider the possibility.

2025 shipping prices:
≤100g: 6.85€
≤250g: 10.9€
≤500g: 14.9€
≤1kg: West EU: 18.45€, East EU: 27.1€, Other: 37.3€
≤2kg: West EU: 20.9€, East EU: 29.65€, Other: 51.4€

UK & Norway shipping are 10 and 12€ respectively regardless of weight.

The shipping number will be usable on your postal service's website with detailed tracking when it rechaes your country, before it should be used on tracking aggregators.

If delivery fails, a replacement will be sent if tracking says it's being returned. Please contact me if your package is being returned. I might not learn about it and send you a replacement otherwise as many returned packages don't find their way back home.

There is a 2 year warranty on the item breaking through no fault of your own. Please contact me in case of any problem and we'll find a solution or I'll replace it.

You also have a 14 days retractation right. During that period, with no justification, should you send back the item in the same condition as it was shipped, its cost (excluding shipping) will be refunded. If your adapter had an issue and no solution was found after reaching out to me, I'll cover the cost of shipping it back too.
